It is also popular in Andhra Pradesh served as breakfast with nice spicy coconut chutney and tiffin-center sambar.<br /><br />Ingredients used in Mysore Bonda:<br /><br />• Green chilies (finely chopped) - 2numbers.<br />• Oil - to fry.<br />• Water - 1 cup.<br />• Salt to taste.<br />• Yoghurt(curd) - 1 cup.<br />• Rice flour -2 tsp.<br />• Maida/all purpose flour - 1 1/2 cup.<br />• Cooking soda - 1/2 teaspoon.<br /><br />Method:<br />1. Take curd in a bowl, add maida, rice flour, salt, soda and mix well, make it into a vada batter consistency.<br />2. while mixing, make sure that there are no lumps.<br />3. Mix well keep aside for 1 hour.<br />3. Heat oil to fry, make into small round bondas and put into the oil, cook on a very slow flame.<br />4. Fry it well, until it turns golden brown in color.<br />5. Remove once it is golden brown color.<br />6. Serve it with coconut chutney and sambar
